This is a private darts scoreboard run by the owner of this site on a home computer, for friends. Using it means you are happy with what follows. None of it is meant to be clever — it is here so that everybody knows what they are getting.

What you are getting

A free scoreboard, offered as it is, with no promise that it will be working when you want it. It runs on one machine in a house. It will go down when the power blinks, when the internet drops, and when somebody trips over the router. There is no support desk and no uptime commitment. Games in progress can be lost.

Your account

• Anyone who can reach this page can register.
• Pick a password you do not use anywhere else. This is a hobby server, not a bank.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think somebody else is in it, change the password and say so.
• One account per person. Guest profiles exist for visitors who just want a game.

Behaving

Do not use this site to harass anybody, do not upload a photo you have no right to use or that others would rather not see, and do not try to break into it, overload it, or read data that is not yours. The owner can suspend or delete an account for any of those, and will.

Your data and your scores

Your darts are yours. You can take a copy whenever you like and delete your account whenever you like. Games you played with other people stay in their history with your name removed — their results are theirs, and deleting your account should not rewrite somebody else's season. Camera scoring is BETA

It is labelled BETA everywhere it appears because it genuinely is. It misreads darts. Do not settle an argument with it — the manual keypad is always there, every automatic reading can be corrected, and a low confidence detection asks before it scores.

Liability

The site is provided without warranty of any kind. the owner of this site is not liable for lost games, lost statistics, a scoreboard that disagreed with the board on the wall, or anything decided on the strength of a number shown here. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud — because it legally cannot.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from the account page. The owner may close the site, or an account, at any time — with notice where that is reasonably possible.

These terms can change. The date at the top says when they last did.
